This self-care seminar is to teach in attendance tools and practices of self-care that you can take with you and share your church leadership team. Rev. Lisa Evans will lead you through the ABCs of self-care through instruction, participation, and reflection. Clergy caring for others often forget to care for themselves. Self-Care is not Selfish. Self-Care is how we survive in the midst of trauma, drama, and compassion fatigue. Instead of looking at a glass as either half empty or half full, regular practice of self-care reminds us the glass can be and should be filled.
